The lyrical programming of A Coruña this season will feature the presence, twice, of Luis Cansino. On September 3rd, our baritone will debut one of the most exciting roles to incorporate into his repertoire, Fra Melitone in Giuseppe Verdi's “La forza del Destino”. Luis Cansino already sang with great success in 2018 the role of Carlo di Vargas from this same opera at the Welsh National Opera. Now, in A Coruña, a concert version will be offered under the direction of Giuseppe Finzi. But, there is another date to write down on the calendar, next November 16, in which Luis Cansino, accompanied on piano by Miquel Ortega, will offer a Recital on the occasion of his 35-year career that will be celebrated this year.
